Ladies. Seriously, stop this right NOW.

Ladies, you need to hear this.

I am SICK of hearing women say this one sentence. This sentence is so negative, it shows so much self doubt and lack of confidence, and you should all know better than to let your mind think so badly about yourself.

This sentence I have heard numerous times. It’s time to put a stop to it.

“I NEED TO GET FIT BEFORE JOINING THE GYM.”

Seriously????

Are you that insecure that you believe that everyone inside the gym (who are also all there to get fit) will stare at you as you walk through the doors wondering WHY you are there? Do you really think that while you are sweating, that all the other sweaty people are looking at you and judging you? Do you really think that your muffin top is so gigantic that everyone will stop and stare?

THAT IS WHY YOU JOIN A GYM.

You are there for self improvement. Nobody in that gym really cares what you look like!!! Everyone training in the gym is there for themselves, to better themselves, to become somebody they are proud of. Nobody starts out perfect, and nobody is EVER perfect. We are there to work on ourselves, our mindset, our strength and our health. You should be PROUD to walk in that gym knowing that you are walking out a better version of you. Who cares if you are a size 6 or size 16. Put on those gym tights and crop top and ROCK IT.

Start loving yourself. Start believing in yourself. Start saying positive words to yourself. You are worth it. You have earned every step inside that gym.

Stop with the negativity. Start with the body love.

TOP TIP: Start every day with one positive thing you can say about your body, and I promise that in 3 or 6 months, you will be in a much better mindset.
