Train With Me

I’ve always been active, and have loved being a personal trainer since 2014! Since becoming a mum, I have realised how tough it is to find the time and energy to exercise and look after yourself. Giving birth deserves a medal in itself, and I am so inspired by my own mummy clients who show up every day and sweat.

As a coach my core beliefs surround consistency, mindfulness and education. I am driven to help others train well, train effectively and to prevent injury. My passion is working with Mums, and Mummy’s-to-Be.
I am a compassionate coach but also a tough coach if I feel as though you need it.

I have over 6 years of professional personal training under my belt, and have worked with some of the best trainers in the business. I love educating myself and have many certifications such as Olympic Lifting, Boxing, Kettelbells, Functional Movement Screening, Pre and Post Natal Coaching, Animal Flow and am also a Precision Nutrition Certified Coach.

You can train with me in 2 Locations:

Upper Coomera – Bootcamp at Tallowwood Park, Near the Toilets. Two Sessions per day. See below timetable for sessions (scroll down). FIND OUT MORE

Nerang – Private and Semi-Private Sessions available by appointment.

All new clients will receive a free Pre-Exercise/Post-Natal assessment before commencing any training.
