How you can work with me?
– I run a Postpartum 9 Week Core & Pelvic Floor Program. This is suitable for all mums in the first year after having a baby, or even for mums with older kids who want to re-focus on their core & pelvic floor again.
– NEW – 6 Week Challenge starts 16 January! This is not a weight loss challenge, it’s a 6 week low-impact program with a motherhood focus, with banded strength workouts, self care tasks and pelvic floor series rolled into one! All workouts can be done at home with a few resistance bands!
– I also have a beauty & wellness room in Southport, Gold Coast where you can come and get facials, skin needling, microdermabrasion and also my favourite…..pregnancy massage!
