Hello! I’m Soni! 

I’m a Mother of two, a Wife, a Blogger, a Strength Coach and a massive advocate for empowering the post-natal mother! 

I love sharing life’s ups and downs, healthy recipes, fitness tips, beauty secrets and of course, keeping it all brutally honest. 

I am constantly educating myself on training and nutrition, and since becoming a mum, I see how important it is for other mums (pre and post bub) to be eating and exercising correctly, specifically to enhance pelvic floor and core strength. 

My passion is in health & training for the female body. Once you have a baby, a lot can change, both physically and mentally. I am here to support you in your goals, health and inner strength. 

I will always speak from the heart, and recommend only things I see true value in.
