Get fit, sweat a little, laugh a little and make new friends all while working out.
Training sessions are available 6 days per week. Sessions range from strength, h.i.i.t, interval training, functional training and boxing style movements. Most classes are pre and post natal appropriate.
Two nights per week are held in a private training studio where we lift heavier weights, work with machines or barbells and strengthen our muscles and mind.
There is free childminding at all of the 9:15am sessions which is located close to the sessions, up in the playground.
